TANGsprell is an educational program combining theory and practice, focusing on the marine resources of seaweed and kelp. High school students were given the opportunity to visit a local kelp producer (Lofoten Seaweed) to learn more about these raw materials and the possibilities they offer for coastal entrepreneurship.

The students were given a guided tour and insights into large parts of the production and value chain, and they also had the chance to cook dishes using seaweed and kelp as ingredients.
