Macro plastic from fisheries and aquaculture: Knowledge status, preventive measures and knowledge needs

Marine Litter

SALT and Nordland Research Institute have compiled recent knowledge on plastic littering from fisheries and aquaculture in Northern Europe and the Arctic, on assignment by the Norwegian Centre against Marine Litter. The final report was published in Feb. 2022 in Norwegian and in English and provides an overview of knowledge status, preventive measures and knowledge needs in relation to macro plastic litter from fisheries and aquaculture.
